The office is clean and well organized, the doctor and staff nice and professional. They charge extra for a text my doctor in Massachusetts gave me for no charge last year, and I really wish they had a larger selection of frames. In the end there were really only two frames I would consider wearing and that fit my face, I didn't care for the color of one so I didn't feel I had much choice. Otherwise the experience was good. They took the time to explain all the options concerning bifocals and blue light coating for my husband, but again in his case there weren't Many choices he liked in the frames. I think they could definitely improve in that department. But I felt in good hand with doctor and all staff who were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

They are absolutely amazing here. The eye Dr took his time and made sure to get the right prescription vs my last eye Dr that sped through and was very rude. Highly recommend to anyone that's looking for new glasses 😁 the staff is very nice and helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Keep up the good work guys!! It's hard to find good doctors anymore so amazing job everyone.

Dr. Kartesz is the go-to optometrist for personalized and effective eye care. I had been struggling with vision issues for years, but after visiting his clinic, I can see clearer than ever! As a first-timer, I had a fantastic experience. There was minimal wait time, and the staff, along with Dr. Kartesz himself, were extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Kartesz took his time to explain my eyes, showed me the scans of my eyes, and treatment options in detail. His expertise and reassuring demeanor put me at ease, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality eye care.

I had a great experience at the Valley View location today. After years of bad experiences with other local places, I finally found a great place for eye care! Everyone was very helpful and friendly, the doctor was extremely competent and even passionate about his work. He took the time to talk to me and answered my questions. They have great equipment and were even able to diagnose in minutes a condition that other places could not after years. Their customer service is incredible and the whole process had a great flow to it. I highly recommend Kartesz if you're looking for a new eye doctor!

Office was convenient and decor was professional and crisp. Staff presented themselves as courteous and efficient. Appointment was timely. Dr. Kartesz is professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I arrived 10 minutes early but was not called until 30 min after my appointment time. The technician(?) was friendly and competent. Dr. Woods apologized for the delay. The rest of the appointment went without issue. I would give my visit 4 out of 5 stars only because of the 30 minute delay. I was not negatively impacted but can see where someone on a time schedule/crunch would have been. The office is clean and quiet and friendly and the receptionist was nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Electric Road - Everyone was really friendly and knowledgable. The appointment from start to finish was very quick too, which I appreciate. Plus they even had test contacts in my size/prescription on site, which has never happened before because of my terrible eye sight.

This has been my eye place for years now. I absolutely love them. Dr. Allen is the best. She’s always so pleasant & patient. My whole family now goes there as well. I highly recommend.
